Text
In addition to the grounds enumerated in Title 10, section 8003, subsection 5‑A, paragraph A, the director may deny a license, refuse to renew a license or impose the disciplinary sanctions authorized by Title 10, section 8003, subsection 5‑A for:
1.Operating under the influence.
Operating or being in charge of a plant while under the influence of intoxicating beverages or narcotic drugs;
2.Physical or mental incapacity.
Suffering from physical or mental incapacity that would jeopardize physical property or lives in the exercise of the license; or
3.Operating without authority.
Operating or having charge of a plant over which the licensee or applicant lacked authority.
