§ 32 §14502 — Exemptions
1.New homes.
This subchapter does not apply to the original construction of a single-family or multifamily residence.
2.Sales amount.
This subchapter does not apply to home repair services for which the gross sales price, including any interest or carrying charges, is less than $25.
