§ 3 §731 — Board of trustees
The Board of Trustees of the Legislative Retirement Program consists of those persons who are members of the Board of Trustees of the Maine Public Employees Retirement System. The Board of Trustees of the Legislative Retirement Program is responsible for the proper operation and implementation of the Legislative Retirement Program under this chapter.
1.Duties.
The board of trustees has the same duties with respect to the Legislative Retirement Program as with other programs of the Maine Public Employees Retirement System, including, but not limited to, those powers and duties enumerated in Title 5, chapter 421, subchapters 3, 4 and 5.
2.Administration of Legislative Retirement Program.
