§ 3 §454 — Who can compel testimony

Maine·Title 3 LEGISLATURE·Ch. 21 LEGISLATIVE INVESTIGATING COMMITTEES
The committee chair may direct compliance with any request for testimony to which objection has been made. However, the chair's direction may be overruled by investigating committee action.
