§ 26 §3308 — Rulemaking
The Commissioner of Labor shall adopt rules for the operation of industry partnerships funded in whole or in part under this chapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A.
