As set out in this section, deregistration of an apprenticeship program may be effected upon the voluntary action of the sponsor or by the Maine Apprenticeship Program upon reasonable cause.
1.Deregistration at the request of the sponsor.
Upon receipt of a request for deregistration from a sponsor, the Maine Apprenticeship Program may deregister an apprenticeship program by written acknowledgment of the request stating:
