Text
In carrying out this article the division shall:
1.Rules.
Prescribe rules governing:
2.Other.
Prescribe rules necessary to carry out the purposes of this article;
3.Surveys.
Conduct surveys to find locations where vending facilities may be operated by blind persons and establish vending facilities as it determines appropriate;
4.Management.
Provide management and supervisory services determined necessary to ensure that each vending facility is operated in the most effective and productive manner possible;
5.Plans.
Provide plans and specifications for proposed vending facilities and equipment to the appropriate officer, board or authority for approval prior to installation; and
6.Other action.
Take any other action necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes of this article.
