Text

A law enforcement officer, as defined in section 3701, may not solicit funds or anything of value for the furtherance of the law enforcement officer's campaign for a nonpartisan public office. This subchapter may not be construed to prohibit any other person from soliciting money for the campaign of a law enforcement officer for nonpartisan office.
