§ 25 §2401 — Violations
Maine·Title 25 INTERNAL SECURITY AND PUBLIC SAFETY·Part 6 FIRE PREVENTION AND FIRE PROTECTION·Ch. 315 INVESTIGATION OF FIRE HAZARDS AND CAUSES
Any municipal fire inspector or any insurance company neglecting or refusing to perform any duty required by this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.
