1.Industrial Drive Facility Fund account established. There is established in the department, through the Office of the State Controller, the Industrial Drive Facility Fund account, referred to in this section as "the account." The account is an internal service fund and is under the control of the commissioner. The account is a continuing fund, and funds in the account do not lapse but must be carried forward from year to year. The Treasurer of State shall credit interest earned to the fund.
