§ 23 §1204 — Form, height and design

Maine·Title 23 TRANSPORTATION·Part 1 STATE HIGHWAY LAW·Ch. 15 PROTECTION OF HIGHWAYS
On all state and state aid highways, all guideposts shall be of such reasonable form, height and design as the department shall designate and shall be erected only upon approval of the department.
