§ 22 §814 — Court orders; additional requirements
Maine·Title 22 HEALTH AND WELFARE·Part 3 PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 250 CONTROL OF NOTIFIABLE DISEASES AND CONDITIONS
If commitment or a supervised living arrangement is ordered, the court shall require the head of the institutional facility or the person in charge of supervision to submit:
1.Plan of treatment.
A plan of treatment within 10 days of the commencement of the commitment or supervision; and
2.Written report.
A written report, with a copy to both the department and the individual, at least 20 days, but not more than 25 days, from the start of the commitment or supervision, setting forth the following:
