The committee shall work to coordinate its efforts with those of any other quality assurance initiatives, committees and working groups within the department relating to the delivery of long-term care services.

The department shall adopt rules to implement this section. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II‑A.
