Maine·Title 22 HEALTH AND WELFARE·Part 3 CHILDREN·Ch. 1054-A ADDITIONAL SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE IN RETRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT - TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES
If federal law requires the Department of Health and Human Services to make a case decision, the authority to make that final decision is reserved to the department.
