§ 22 §2702-A — Duties to furnish information

Maine·Title 22 HEALTH AND WELFARE·Part 6 BIRTHS, MARRIAGES AND DEATHS·Ch. 701 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Any person having knowledge of the facts shall furnish such information as the individual may possess regarding any birth, death, spontaneous fetal death, abortion, marriage, divorce or annulment, upon demand of the state registrar.
