Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 22, § 22 §1557-A (2026).
Text
The District Court may impose fines or revoke or suspend licenses for the following causes:
1.Violation of law or infraction of rule.
Violation of state law or rule related to the sale of tobacco products; or
2.False material statement.
Knowingly making a false material statement of fact in an application for licensure of the sale of tobacco products.
