§ 22 §1502-A — Consent to give blood
Maine·Title 22 HEALTH AND WELFARE·Part 3 PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 260 CONSENT OF MINORS FOR HEALTH SERVICES
A minor may consent to give blood if the minor is at least 17 years of age, notwithstanding any other provision of law.
