Text
The "Governor-elect's Expense Account" is a continuing reserve to which must be credited the sum of $5,000. At the close of each fiscal year there must be transferred from unappropriated surplus an amount sufficient to restore the expense account to $5,000.
This appropriation must be available for expenditure by the Governor-elect at the Governor-elect's discretion after the Governor-elect has been elected to, but prior to being sworn in to, that Governor-elect's first term in office. This account is not subject to audit, except as to total amount to be paid.
