Text

The period of probation of a juvenile, its modification and discharge, is as provided by Title 17‑A, section 1804, except that the period of probation of a juvenile adjudicated of a juvenile crime as defined by section 3103, subsection 1, paragraph B or C may not exceed one year. The period of probation may extend beyond the juvenile's 21st birthday.
