§ 14 §9007 — Choice of law

Maine·Title 14 COURT PROCEDURE -- CIVIL·Part 7 PARTICULAR PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 763 LEGALLY PROTECTED HEALTH CARE ACTIVITY
Notwithstanding any general or special law or common law conflict of law rule to the contrary, the laws of this State govern in any case or controversy heard in this State involving legally protected health care activity or aiding and assisting legally protected health care activity.
