§ 14 §7153 — Appraisal
Maine·Title 14 COURT PROCEDURE -- CIVIL·Part 7 PARTICULAR PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 729 RECOVERY OF FORFEITED PROPERTY
The value shall be ascertained by the appraisement of 3 disinterested persons mutually chosen by the parties, or, if they cannot agree, by a justice of the peace in the county.
