§ 14 §6206 — Judgment where nothing due

Maine·Title 14 COURT PROCEDURE -- CIVIL·Part 7 PARTICULAR PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 713 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS RELATING TO FORECLOSURE OF REAL PROPERTY MORTGAGES
If it appears that nothing is due on the mortgage, judgment shall be rendered for the defendant and for his costs, and he shall hold the land discharged of the mortgage.
