§ 14 §5301 — Concurrent jurisdiction

Maine·Title 14 COURT PROCEDURE -- CIVIL·Part 6 EXTRAORDINARY WRITS·Ch. 601 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Supreme Judicial Court and the Superior Court shall have and exercise concurrent original jurisdiction in proceedings in habeas corpus, prohibition, error, mandamus, quo warranto and certiorari.
