Text
The debtor may have the amount due ascertained by a justice of the peace. After a hearing before the justice of the peace, the justice of the peace shall make in writing and sign a certificate of the sum found due, which is conclusive. The debtor may tender that sum, which is effectual to redeem, although he had before tendered a different sum.
