Text
Upon written request and payment of any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, a cemetery, crematory or natural organic reduction facility shall deliver to a person, the person's attorney-in-fact or the person's personal representative any item of tangible personal property purchased by that person but remaining in the possession of the cemetery, crematory or natural organic reduction facility.
