§ 12 §9323 — Slash and brush permits
1.Prohibition.
No person shall kindle or use a fire for clearing land or burning logs, stumps, roots, brush, slash, fields of grass, pasture or blueberry lands without a permit from the director.
2.Jurisdiction.
The requirement for a permit under this section shall apply statewide.
