Text

As used in this subchapter, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings.

1.Commissioner. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry.
2.Designated spray area.
3.Director. "Director" means the Director of the Bureau of Forestry.
4.District.
5.Forest land owners. "Forest land owners" means persons who own forest lands.
6.Management program. "Management program" means all activities undertaken by the Bureau of Forestry in connection with the short-term and long-term management of spruce budworm infestations, including, without limitation, any activities undertaken in connection with spruce budworm survey and detection activities, targeting silvicultural and integrated pest management programs, research, meth
