§ 12 §6749-Q — License surcharges

Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 9 MARINE RESOURCES·Ch. 623 SHELLFISH, SCALLOPS, WORMS AND MISCELLANEOUS LICENSES

The following surcharges are assessed on licenses issued by the department:

1.Handfishing sea urchin license. One hundred and sixty dollars on a sea urchin handharvesting license; 1-A. Sea urchin hand-raking and trapping license. One hundred and sixty dollars on a sea urchin hand-raking and trapping license; 1-B. Handfishing sea urchin license with tender. One hundred and sixty dollars on a handfishing sea urchin license with tender.
2.Sea urchin dragging license. One hundred and sixty dollars on a sea urchin dragging license;
3.Sea urchin and scallop diving tender license.
4.Wholesale seafood license with a sea urchin buyer's permit. One hundred and sixty dollars on a wholesale seafood license with a sea urchin buyer's permit; and
5.Wholesale seafood license with a sea urchin process
