§ 12 §6651 — Shellfish Fund

1.Surcharge fees to be paid into fund. In addition to the applicable license fees for shellfish licenses, mussel hand-raking and boat licenses, shellfish transportation licenses and wholesale seafood licenses, the commissioner shall assess the following surcharge fees, which must be deposited into the Shellfish Fund: 1-A. Additional fees to be paid into fund. Any fees collected pursuant to section 6072, subsection 13, paragraph I must be deposited into the Shellfish Fund.
2.Uses of fund. The commissioner may expend the money in the Shellfish Fund for management, enforcement, restoration, development and conservation of shellfish and mussels in the intertidal zone or coastal waters and for the costs associated with the Shellfish Advisory Council established by Title 5, section 12004‑I, su
