Text
The commissioner shall suspend or revoke the elver fishing license of any license holder convicted of violating section 6575.
1.First offense.
For a first offense, the commissioner shall suspend the license holder's license for one year.
2.Second offense.
For a 2nd offense, the commissioner shall permanently revoke the license holder's license.
