Text

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1.Existing dam. "Existing dam" means any human-made barrier across a river segment identified in this chapter that impounds water and has not deteriorated or been breached or modified to the point where it no longer impounds water at 50% or more of its design level at normal flows.
