Text
1.Notification to property owner.
The operator of a snowmobile involved in an accident that results in property damage shall take reasonable steps to notify the owner of that property of the accident.
2.Provide information to property owner.
The operator of a snowmobile involved in an accident under subsection 1 shall, if the property owner is notified pursuant to subsection 1, provide to the property owner:
