Text
1.Request.
The commissioner or the commissioner's designee shall provide on request a written record of the history of past ownership of any watercraft that requires a certificate of number under this chapter. The request must be made on forms provided by the commissioner.
2.Fee.
The fee for providing the record pursuant to subsection 1 is $25 and must be submitted with the request form.
