§ 12 §12403 — Damage to motor vehicles by wild animals or wild birds

Claims.
The State is not liable for any claims for damages to a motor vehicle by a wild animal or wild bird.
2.
Accidental collisions involving deer, moose, bear or wild turkey.

The following penalties apply to violations of this section.
