§ 12 §12154 — Department breeding or rearing wild birds
Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 915 HUNTING: SEASONS, REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
Notwithstanding section 12151 as it applies to section 12152, section 12151 does not apply to migratory game birds, partridge, grouse or pheasant owned by the department.
