§ 12 §12001 — Night season and restrictions
Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 915 HUNTING: SEASONS, REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
1.Coyote hunting.
Notwithstanding the night hunting prohibitions in section 11206, there is an open season for hunting coyotes at night in all counties of the State from December 16th to August 31st.
2.Night; hunting hours.
3.Calling devices required.
A person may not hunt coyotes at night without possessing an electronic, hand-held or mouth-operated predator calling device.
