Text
1.Unlawfully hunting or trapping wild birds.
A person may not hunt or trap a wild bird, other than the English or European house sparrow, the rock pigeon, also known as the rock dove, and the European starling, except as provided in this Part.
2.Unlawful possession of wild birds.
A person may not possess, alive or dead, a wild bird, other than the English or European house sparrow, the rock pigeon, also known as the rock dove, and the European starling, except as provided in this Part.
3.Penalty.
A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
