§ 12 §11211 — Unlawful use of firearm in Southport
Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 915 HUNTING: SEASONS, REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
1.Prohibited act.
A person may not use any firearm other than a shotgun in the Town of Southport or the islands within the confines of the Town of Southport.
2.Penalties.
The following penalties apply to violations of this section.
