§ 12 §10452 — Refusal to sign

Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 907 ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES
A person may not refuse to sign a citation or Uniform Summons and Complaint after having been ordered to do so by a law enforcement officer. A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
