§ 12 §10323 — Grant expenditures; distribution

1.Generally.
The grant committee shall make grants to law enforcement agencies for projects found consistent with the criteria established pursuant to section 10325.
2.Grant categories.
Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, the grant committee shall distribute grant money in accordance with this subsection. For purposes of this section, "category funds" means money in the fund other than money used for administrative expenses and other than funds carried forward in accordance with subsection 3. The grant committee shall annually make available for grants category funds in the following percentages for the following categorical purposes:
