§ 12 §10110 — Hunting and fishing license; confidential
Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 903 DEPARTMENT OF INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE
1.Indication of confidentiality.
The commissioner shall allow an applicant for a hunting or fishing license to indicate that the applicant's e-mail address is confidential.
2.Confidential information.
If a person indicates that the person's e-mail address submitted as part of the application process for a hunting or fishing license is confidential as provided in subsection 1, that information is confidential.
3.Exception.
E-mails designated as confidential under this section are not confidential to department personnel or law enforcement officers or for purposes of court proceedings.
