§ 10 §3269 — Limitations
Maine·Title 10 COMMERCE AND TRADE·Part 7 LIENS·Ch. 603 BUILDINGS, LOTS, WHARVES AND PIERS; LABOR AND MATERIALS
Sections 3266, 3267 and 3268 shall not apply to:
1.Buildings.
Any building designed for occupancy by not more than 4 families and its appurtenances;
2.Claims.
Any claim or a portion of a claim which does not meet the time requirements of sections 3253 and 3256.
