1.Definitions.
As used in this section, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
2.Unlawful use of containers.
No person except the owner, or a person authorized in writing by the owner to do so, may fill or refill a liquefied petroleum gas container with a liquefied petroleum gas or any other gas or substance.
