Text
(a)On or before December 31 each year, the Department shall submit a report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly that includes:
(1)The status of Vision Zero;
(2)The activities, and any findings and recommendations, of the coordinator; and
(3)A summary of each quarterly public meeting held in the previous year.
(b)The Department shall make the report required under subsection (a) of this section available on its website.
