Text

As to any highway under its jurisdiction, a local authority may:

(1)Require pedestrians to obey strictly any traffic control signal; and
(2)Prohibit pedestrians from crossing, except in a crosswalk:
(i)Any roadway in a business district; or
(ii)Any designated highway.
