(a)(1) There is a Maryland Corps Program Advisory Board.
(2)The Advisory Board consists of the following members:
(i)a Board Chair, appointed by the Governor;
(ii)two members jointly appointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House: 1. one of whom must represent a service organization in the State; and 2. one of whom shall be: A. a current participant in a public service program; or B. a former participant in a public service program whose participation ended during the preceding 3 years;
(iii)one member appointed by the President of the Senate;
(iv)one member appointed by the Speaker of the House; and
