§ 17-501
(a)In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b)“eMaryland Marketplace” has the meaning stated in § 13–101 of this article.
(c)“Procurement” means procurement by competitive sealed bidding, competitive sealed proposals, or noncompetitive negotiation.
