§ 8A-1101

(a)A park owner may only evict a resident for:
(1)Nonpayment of rent; or
(2)The following violations:
(i)Making or causing to be made, with knowledge, any false or misleading statement on an application for tenancy;
(ii)Violation of a federal, State, or local law that is detrimental to the safety and welfare of other residents in the park; or
(iii)Repeated violation of any rule or provision of the rental agreement occurring within a 6–month period.
(b)A park owner shall deliver to the resident by certified mail, regular mail, or personal delivery a written notice of the violation at least 30 days before the date the resident is required to vacate the premises. The notice shall be specifically addresse
