Text
(a)Five members of the Authority are a quorum.
(b)The Authority shall meet at least once every 3 months at the times and places it determines.
(c)A member of the Authority:
(1)may not receive compensation as a member of the Authority; and
(2)is not entitled to reimbursement for expenses.
