Maryland·Article glg Local Government·Title 22

Nothing in this title may be construed to:

(1)prohibit the local governments of multiple counties or municipalities from establishing through joint action a Resilience Authority in accordance with this title; or
(2)authorize a Resilience Authority to levy a tax.
